Thesis of the year award

I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been awarded the ā€œThesis of the Yearā€!

As the year comes to a close — a time of reflection and celebration — I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Sometimes, everything seems to come together at once: finishing my studies, our school receiving top inspection ratings, and now this special recognition for my research. It’s one of those moments where pride, relief, and thankfulness blend into something truly meaningful.

My thesis explored how we can design and implement the citizenship and foundational skills curriculum with and through teachers themselves. It was a journey of collaboration, dialogue, and shared purpose, proving that real change in education happens when teachers are being empowered.
